Our technician will perform each item on this 15 point checklist:

1. Inspect condensing unit for peak performance
2. Inspect relays, contactors, controls
3. Inspect thermostats and adjust as necessary
4. Inspect belts and pulleys
5. Inspect system for leaks
6. Check refrigerant charge
7. Check air filters
8. Check condenser and evaporator coils where accessible
9. Safety test all controls for proper operation
10. Inspect unit wiring
11. Inspect drain line
12. Inspect secondary emergency drain pan
13. Inspect blower housing and fan
