What are Loyalty Credits?:

At Farm & Home Energy, we try to help our customers save as much energy and money as possible. That's why we created our Loyalty Credits Program. A Loyalty Credit automatically accrues each consecutive year you are enrolled in a Farm & Home Energy Service Plan. It is our way of saying thank you for your continued participation in the plan.

How do I earn Loyalty Credits?:

To earn Loyalty Credits, you must be enrolled in a Boiler, Furnace,  or AC/Heat Pump plan. Contact us online or call your local Farm & Home Energy Office to learn more.

How much can I earn in Loyalty Credits?:

Depending on the plan, you can earn as much as $100 per year of consecutive service plan renewal with a maximum of $1,000.

How can I find out how many Loyalty Credits that I have Accumulated?:

As a plan holder, your Loyalty Credits will be listed on your renewal invoice.

Where can I use my Loyalty Credits?:

You can use your accumulated credits toward Heating & Air-Conditioning Equipment upgrades, Oil Tank Replacement, Propane Appliances, Fireplace Inserts and more.
