I would like to thank you and your technician for saving me $3,500 -$4,000 on my pool heater.   Let me explain...

A few weeks ago, I opened my pool only to learn the heat pump stopped working.  I called the manufacturers  representative for advice.  After telling him the symptoms, he assured me that either the motor burned up or the compressor seized.  Either way, the unit needed to be replaced at the cost noted above.   Earlier this week, I called your office for service on our central air conditioner.  I also asked for diagnostic on pool heater.   Your mechanic arrived the same day and promptly got our central air back on line.  He then diagnosed the pool heater and found a defective pressure switch.  I replaced that switch for $35.00 and the unit is running like new.

I appreciate the honesty, skill, and integrity your company provides and would recommend your company without reservation.

I had a wonderfully positive experience with the Telford Farm and Home today.  Mid-day I called to request service on my air conditioning.  I spoke with Debbie (I think that was her name.)  She was so amazing...professional yet friendly and very helpful.  I never thought service would be possible so quickly but she hooked me right up. 

Jason S. showed up to service my air conditioner.  He too was very professional yet friendly.  He went right to work...did a great job....and fixed my AC.  I was so impressed at how cautious he was working in my home....carefully carrying the ladder and vacuum so as not to hit the walls etc.  He treated my home with care as if it were his own.  I was really impressed by both Debbie and Jason.  You rarely experience such amazing customer service today.  Debbie and Jason are certainly valuable assets to Farm and Home......and the reason I will have no hesitation recommending your company to friends and family.
