We've Launched a New Phone System to Better Serve You...

Farm & Home Energy is excited to announce the launch of our state-of-the-art business communications phone system. The Vertical Wave IP 2500 will significantly increase the efficiency and responsiveness of our Customer Service Department. 

Farm & Home has always strived to treat each customer with the personal attention that they deserve; even during the peaks of heating season when the volume of calls is very high. Our Customer Service Manager will now have a real-time display of how all Customer Service Representatives are handling call flow. We will know exactly how many people are calling, who's on hold and how long have they been waiting. If one branch is experiencing heavy volume, calls may be seamlessly redirected to another branch for faster customer assistance.

The Vertical Wave IP 2500 will also help every Farm & Home Employee manage his or her communication needs with its extensive suite of web-based tools. They will be able to access their office phone voice mail from their personal computer or communication device.  Whether it's a home phone, cell phone, iPhone or Blackberry, the employee can control everything through a simple Windows based application.
