| 3.This contract does not cover repair or replacement of obsolete parts such as certain zone valves, circulators, burners and
combustion chambers that are not available through regular sources of supply.
4. FARM & HOME OIL CO. reserves the right to cancel this contract without notice to customer if customer procures oil
from any source other than FARM & HOME OIL CO., changes their account from automatic delivery status, fails to keep their account current by paying
all bills rendered by us within 30 days or fails to follow our recommendations for upgrades to equipment.
5. This contract does not cover acts of God, fire damage, power surges, frozen pipes, flooding or other water damage, etc.,
except that which is caused by ordinary wear and tear.
6. In the event a repair not covered by the contract is diagnosed during a service call, the cost of that repair will be
provided using Guaranteed Service Pricing for parts and labor. The diagnostic fee will be waived if customer agrees to proceed with the repair at
that time.
7. FARM & HOME OIL CO. will not be liable for service work done by another company. Work performed or parts furnished by
anyone else without written authorization from FARM & HOME OIL CO. will void this contract.
8. The length of this contract is one year. No refunds. It will automatically renew at that time unless we are notified, 30
days in advance, in writing, of cancellation.
9. All other emergency service and items not covered under this plan will be billed at our current rate. Emergency service
requested for and performed between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, will be billed at our preferred customer rates. Emergency service
requested for and performed at any other time will be billed at after-hours rates.
10. This contract is offered to automatic delivery accounts, subject to inspection and approval of equipment. Any repairs required
to place equipment in acceptable condition are excluded and will be charged separately.
11. Under no circumstances shall FARM & HOME OIL CO. be liable for any consequential or resultant damages caused by operation
or nonoperation of said equipment.
12. It is the customer’s responsibility to call and schedule an appointment for the annual tune-up. In the event the tune-up
performed, there is no pro-rating or extension of the contract.
13. It is the customer’s responsibility to make the heating system accessible for service.
