Service Conditions
1.This Service Agreement includes a yearly cleaning. A Total Tune-Up will be performed once during the
Service Agreement term during regular working hours as scheduled by our service department. Our technician will:
- Inspect the combustion chamber.
- Clean and check electrodes and the nozzle assembly.
- Test and adjust the oil burner for maximum efficiency.
- Install air filters, oil filter cartridge, pump strainer and burner nozzle, if necessary.
- Check the oil tank; clean furnace and flue pipe, including chimney base (where accessible), as necessary.
- Oil all motors on burner, fans and circulators.
- Safety check all operating controls.

FARM & HOME OIL CO. reserves the right to cancel this plan without notice to customer if customer procures oil from any source other than
FARM & HOME OIL CO. or changes their account from automatic delivery status or fails to keep their account current by paying within 30 days all bills rendered by us.

The length of this agreement is one year. No refunds.It will automatically renew at that time unless we are notified of cancellation in writing 30
days prior to the renewal date.

Under no circumstances shall FARM & HOME OIL CO. be liable for any consequential or resultant damages caused by operation or nonoperation of
said equipment.
5.
Burner is to be fired under 2.5 GPH.
6.
It is the customer’s responsibility to call and schedule an appointment for the annual tune-up. In the event the tune-up is not performed,
there is no pro-rating or extension of the contract.
Service Hours
During the life of this agreement, FARM & HOME OIL CO. will provide dependable, prompt emergency service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,
365 days a year.
